Description

Beethoven composed the Violin Sonata No. 10 (‘The Cockcrow’) in 1812. This sonata was written for Pierre Rode,

Rode and the Archduke debut the work on December 29, 1812, four years before it was published.
This work has four movements as follow:
1. Allegro moderato
2. Adagio espressivo (attaca)
3. Scherzo: Allegro
4. Poco allegretto
